We use the same routines to cater to individuals of all ages, fitness backgrounds, and skill level with a strong emphasis on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
We work exclusively with the notion of Functional Fitness. We focus on building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life situations, not just lifting a certain amount of weight in an idealized posture created by a gym machine. Why do we do this? Simply because practicing functional movements at high intensity is radically more effective at eliciting nearly any desired fitness results.
