At CrossFit Germantown Performance, we offer a style of fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. The Fitness program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any individual committed to lifelong fitness regardless of experience. We use the same routines to cater to individuals of all ages, fitness backgrounds, and skill level with a strong emphasis on injury prevention and rehabilitation. 

We work exclusively with the notion of Functional Fitness. We focus on building a body capable of doing real-life activities in real-life situations, not just lifting a certain amount of weight in an idealized posture created by a gym machine. Why do we do this? Simply because practicing functional movements at high intensity is radically more effective at eliciting nearly any desired fitness results.

We do this through developing each individual’s skill in Olympic Weight Lifting, Gymnastic and Metabolic Conditioning. We develop these skills using a wide variety of training with unconventional tools, such as you would find outside a traditional gym. Medicine ball throws and catches, pull-ups, dips, push-ups, handstands, presses to handstand, muscle-ups, sit-ups, holds, the clean & jerk, snatch, squat, deadlift, push-press, bench-press, and power-clean. We make regular use of running and rowing machines, rings, plyometric boxes, medicine balls, and jump ropes. Our strength and conditioning program provides the opportunity for every individual to excel and surpass their fitness goals.
