Workout 05_26_18

Happy Memorial Day Weekend!!!! Today, we’re going to celebrate all the Service Men and Women, who have passed serving our Country. We’re going to do “Murph” together, as a strong community in support of everyone who has stood up and volunteered to protect and serve our Country and never made it home. After the Workout, go home and clean up, then come back at 3 pm for a BBQ!!!!

Alright CFGP, we are one day from Murph!!! You do not have to sign up for class on Saturday, but we will start at 9am. Then after Murph we will have our BBQ at 3pm that day. On Sunday we will do measurements to kick-off the 30 Day Nutrition Challenge!!!

Hey CFGP don’t forget that this weekend we have Murph!!! The workout will start at 9am and we will go until everyone is done. You do not have to sign up for class that morning. Then we will do measurements and pictures for the 30 day nutrition challenge the very next day!!! Which the nutrition challenge starts on the 29th of May.
