A strength and conditioning program with the aim of improving endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, by combining a varied mix of aerobic exercise, gymnastics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weightlifting. Classes are an hour long and consist of a warm-up, a strength/skill development segment, a high-intensity workout and a period of group stretching/cool down. Each workout is scored to encourage friendly competition among the group and to track individual progress. At CrossFit Germantown Performance, we develop our own programming and instructional methods to suite the Community within Germantown, Maryland and the surrounding areas. Our programming is designed to be scalable, making it perfect for individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
