CrossFit is both a physical exercise philosophy and a competitive fitness sport. The workouts incorporate elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic Weightlifting, plyometrics, Powerlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, and Strongman exercises.
Our fitness for all. You come to CrossFit Germantown Performance to get fit. This is a lifestyle change. There are no expectations when it comes to our new member’s physical abilities. All movements are completely scalable and anyone can start their journey to fitness with the CrossFit Germantown Performance Community.
After you complete the Fundamental Program you are ready for our General Group Classes. Each class is run by one or two Coaches who run the group through mobility warm up, skill, workout of the day and close the class with more mobility cool down. It is important to arrive on time as everyone starts together.
