Are you curious to try CrossFit? Any day during the week you are welcome to join us for an introductory class at CrossFit Germantown. For one hour, you will join the group by doing a modified workout. Not fit? No experience with Crossfit or working out? No Problem! We will be there to guide you and answer your questions.

  • Our 6 Week BootCamp Challenge will help you work towards that summer body in our fun, motivating and challenging classes. Our motivated and knowledgeable coaching staff will guide you though the workouts that are tailored to each individuals' ability and fitness goals. The community and friends you will make in class will keep you wanting to come back for more! Our 45 minute, high intensity workouts will help you tone up, get in shape and generally feel better, despite your ability or goals.
