We run a strength and conditioning program with the aim of improving, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. It advocates a perpetually varied mix of aerobic exercise, gymnastics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weight lifting.
At CrossFit Germantown Performance, we offer hour-long classes which include a warm-up, a strength/skill development segment, a high-intensity workout and a period of group stretching/cool down. Each workout is scored to encourage friendly competition amount our athletes and to also track individual progress.
At CrossFit Germantown Performance, we develop our own programming and instructional methods to suite the Community within Germantown, Maryland and the surrounding areas. Our programming is designed to be scalable, making it perfect for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Along with our programming, we provide our athletes with nutrition recommendations, borrowing from the Paleo and Zone Diets.
